Terms of Service
The terms that apply when families book childcare services with Onsite Sitters.
These terms are based on the service and policy documents provided by the business owner and summarize the expectations for bookings, payments, safety, and supervision.
By booking services with Onsite Sitters, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Onsite Sitters provides on-site childcare for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years during events and follows Colorado childcare safety guidelines and Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) requirements.
Booking and Payments
- A 3-hour minimum is required.
- A deposit is required to secure a booking.
- The remaining balance is due on the event day.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 or more days before the event: refund minus deposit
- 7 to 13 days before the event: 50% refund
- Under 7 days before the event: non-refundable
Health and Safety
- Sick children will not be admitted.
- Children must be symptom-free for 24 to 48 hours.
- Emergency services may be contacted if necessary.
Supervision and Pickup
- Children must remain with staff at all times.
- ID is required for pickup.
- Only authorized individuals may pick up children.
Liability Disclaimer
Onsite Sitters follows all reasonable safety protocols and CDEC safety standards. However, the business is not liable for minor injuries during normal childcare activities and is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Special Needs and Accessibility
Onsite Sitters complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA). Reasonable accommodations will be made when possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
